01
Call and book a slot
Get in touch by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or through the booking form. Describe what is going on with your bike and we will pick a day and time together. Booking a slot is recommended because it gets you the shortest possible turnaround, especially before the spring season starts.
4 ways to get in touch
02
Bike drop-off
You bring the bike to the workshop. Together we go over the problem you reported and record the condition of the bike before anything is touched.
Workshop check-in
03
Bike diagnostics and price estimate
The mechanic inspects the bike thoroughly, identifies every fault and worn part, and puts together a list of the work needed. You get a bike service price estimate, and work only starts once you approve it.
Estimate before work
Why can the price differ by up to 20%?
The estimate is made before the bike is taken apart. Some things, like worn bearings or damage inside components, only show up once a part is removed. If the estimate changes, we let you know before we continue.
04
Parts sourcing
We usually keep consumables in the workshop. If your bike needs specific components, we order them and give you an approximate delivery time.
Only if needed
In stock or on order
Consumables (e.g. chains, brake pads, cables, housings) are usually in stock at the workshop. Model-specific components are ordered in, so the turnaround extends by the delivery time.
05
Service work
Once you approve the estimate, we get started. We follow industry-standard procedures with Park Tool tools, and e-bikes go through Bosch and Shimano e-bike diagnostics. Any change from what we agreed goes to you first.
Procedure-based work
06
Final check and pick-up
Before handover we do a final check of the brakes, drivetrain and wheels. When the bike is ready, we let you know, and you pick it up with an explanation of what was done.

Turnaround
How long does a service take?
The approximate timeline of the bike service process depends on the type of work and whether parts need to be ordered.
~24 h
Basic service
Gear and brake adjustment, a check of the chain and wheels, and tire pressure. Usually done within 24 hours.
2–4 days
Full service
Complete strip-down, cleaning, replacement of wear parts and wheel truing. It takes longer because the bike is fully disassembled.
If specific parts need to be ordered, the turnaround extends by the delivery time. We tell you the new timeline as soon as we know it.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does the bike service process take?
A basic service is usually finished within 24 hours. A full service takes 2 to 4 days, and if specific parts need to be ordered, the turnaround extends by the delivery time.
Do I need to book a slot?
We recommend it. You can book by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or through the booking form. Booking matters most before the spring season starts, when the workshop is at its busiest.
Why can the price change after the inspection?
You get the price estimate after diagnostics, and it can differ by up to 20%, because some faults only show up once a component is taken apart. Work starts only after you approve it, and if the estimate changes, we tell you before continuing.
What if a part is not in stock?
We usually keep consumables in the workshop. Specific components are ordered in and we give you an approximate delivery time, so the service time extends by the wait for the part.
How often should I get a full service?
For recreational riders who ride on weekends, one full service at the start of the season is enough. If you ride actively all year round, we recommend a full service at least twice a year.
Does the service include a bike wash?
A full service includes a complete wash, degreasing and lubrication. For smaller jobs, you can add a wash and detailing as a separate service when you book.
Ready for a safe ride?
Don't wait for a small fault to stop you mid-ride. Book a slot and leave the whole bike service process in East Sarajevo to us. The workshop is run by Marko Ristivojević, a Bosch eBike Expert and Master Bike Mechanic.
