Approximate duration: a basic service takes about 1 hour, a full service 2 to 3 hours, depending on the scope of work and the condition of the parts. You get a precise estimate when you drop off the bike. For e-bikes with a Bosch drive, see the Bosch eBike system.

Frequently asked questions about bike service booking
Is booking an appointment required?
For bigger jobs, such as a full service, suspension service or a complete teardown, booking is required so we can guarantee you a slot. For small repairs, like replacing a tire or brake pads, booking is recommended because it gives you priority and you won't have to wait in line.
How do I book an appointment?

How long does the service take after I drop off my bike?
Duration depends on the scope of work and the condition of the parts. A basic service usually takes about 1 hour, and a full service 2 to 3 hours. You get a precise time estimate when you drop off the bike at our workshop in East Sarajevo.
How do I pay for services and parts?
All services and parts are paid for in cash only, on site, after the service is finished.

Do you service e-bikes?
Yes. For Bosch and Shimano e-bikes we do diagnostics and software checks. Other e-bike brands, for example Yamaha, get mechanical service only, without diagnostics.
