Overview
What does bike detailing include?
Bike detailing is more than a bike wash: it removes dirt, mud and grease from every component, then applies a protective coating. Every part is explained in detail below.
01
Hand wash
02
Drivetrain cleaning
03
Wheels and rotors
04
Chain lubrication
05
Polishing and protection
06
Wax or ceramic
01
Hand wash of the frame and components
We use pH-neutral, specialized products that are safe for all paint types and carbon. Cleaning is done by hand with brushes and soft cloths, with extra attention to the places where dirt collects most: frame, fork, wheels, saddle, stem and handlebar.
Wash
No high pressure on bearings
Pressure washers aimed directly at bearings (headset, bottom bracket, hubs) flush out the grease and ruin the bearings. That's why we rinse with low pressure.
02
Deep cleaning of the drivetrain
Bike detailing also covers the drivetrain, the part most exposed to dirt. The chain, cassette and chainrings are treated with degreasers and brushed, which gives quieter, more efficient shifting and less wear.
Drivetrain
03
Cleaning wheels and brake rotors
Bike detailing continues with chain lubrication using professional lubes: Wet, Dry or Wax, depending on your riding conditions.
Wheels
04
Chain lubrication
Bike detailing includes polishing the frame to restore its shine, followed by a protective wax on the frame and fork. Tires and plastic parts are treated with protective sprays. The protective layer repels water, mud and dust, so future washing is easier.
Chain
05
Polishing and protective coating
The frame is polished to restore its shine, then a protective wax is applied to the frame and fork. Tires and plastic parts are treated with protective sprays. The protective layer repels water, mud and dust, so future washing is easier.
Protection
06
Wax or ceramic protection
Wax gives shine and protection that lasts a few weeks. Ceramic protection forms a harder, longer-lasting layer. Detailing is also part of a full bike overhaul.
Options
Ceramic protection
The price of ceramic protection is set on site, depending on frame size and the type of material.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about bike detailing
How often is deep cleaning recommended?
If you ride regularly in harsh conditions (mud, rain, winter), we recommend bike detailing at least once a month. For recreational riders, once a season or before a major service is enough.
What's the difference between wax and ceramic protection?
Wax gives shine and protection that lasts a few weeks, while ceramic protection forms a harder, longer-lasting layer that better resists scratches.
Does detailing include removing the wheels?
Yes. For thorough detailing we remove the wheels so we can clean the inside of the frame, the brake rotors and the wheels themselves from every side. Rotors are treated with a special product for optimal braking power.
Is bike detailing safe for a carbon frame?
Yes. We use pH-neutral products that are safe for all paint types and carbon, and cleaning is done by hand with brushes and soft cloths.
Do you use a pressure washer?
Not directly on the bearings. High pressure flushes grease out of the headset, hubs and bottom bracket, so we rinse with low pressure.
How much does bike detailing cost?
Bike detailing with a complete wash starts at 25 KM, and the final price depends on the scope of work. The price of ceramic protection is set on site.
Do I need to book a slot?
We recommend it. You can book by phone (+387 66 902 418), Viber, WhatsApp or through the booking form.
