Overview
How does mobile bike service work?
Mobile bike service is on-site help for the breakdowns that stop your ride: a flat tire, a snapped chain, a bent derailleur or brakes that don't work. The mechanic comes to your location with tools, and if the problem can't be fixed on the spot, the bike and rider are driven to the workshop.

While you wait for the mechanic
Move off the trail to a safe spot so you don't get in other riders' way. Lean the bike stably or turn it upside down, and with an e-bike, protect the display.

Repair in the field
The mechanic arrives with tools and does the repairs that get you back on your way: so you can keep riding or get home safely. A full fork service or a complete bike build isn't done in a meadow; that's what the workshop is for.

Inner tube replacement and tubeless plugging, a snapped chain, a bent derailleur hanger or cables, brake pad replacement and basic brake caliper adjustment. The vehicle carries pumps, tubeless kits, basic spare parts (pads, chains, cables) and tools for diagnosing e-bike systems.

Transport for bike and rider
When a problem can't be solved in the field, for example a broken derailleur or frame, the service vehicle carries up to 2 bikes on racks and up to 2 riders back to town, your accommodation or the workshop. Transport also covers e-bikes with Bosch, Shimano and Brose systems.

Where we come to you
Our mobile bike service covers East Sarajevo, Pale, Sokolac, Trebević and Jahorina, and Romanija and Bjelašnica by prior arrangement. On mountain trails, send your exact location, because the terrain often has no clear address.

Frequently asked questions about mobile bike service
How long is the wait for the mobile service to arrive?
Arrival time depends on distance and traffic. In the East Sarajevo area we arrive in about 30 minutes, and for Jahorina and Romanija it usually takes 60 to 90 minutes.
Do I pay if the bike can't be repaired on the spot?
You pay for the mechanic's call-out per kilometer. If the problem can't be solved in the field, for example with a cracked frame, we offer transport to the workshop, where we continue the work.
What tools does the mobile mechanic carry?
The vehicle is equipped with professional repair stands, pumps, tubeless kits, basic spare parts (pads, chains, cables) and tools for diagnosing e-bike systems.
How much does mobile bike service cost?
The call-out costs 2 KM per kilometer on paved roads and 3 KM per kilometer on gravel. Transport for bike and rider is by arrangement, and urgent same-day mobile service costs 50 KM. Labor and parts are billed according to the service price list.
Do you cover Pale and Sokolac?
Yes. Our mobile bike service covers the wider Sarajevo-Romanija region, including Pale, Sokolac, Trebević and Jahorina, and Romanija and Bjelašnica by prior arrangement.
Can I book a bike pickup from my home?
Yes. We come for your bike, service it in the workshop and return it to your home address. Bike pickup and delivery is booked in advance using the form on this page, by phone (+387 66 902 418), Viber or WhatsApp.
Do you transport e-bikes?
Yes. Transport also covers e-bikes with Bosch, Shimano and Brose systems. E-bike system diagnostics are done in the workshop; read more on the e-bike service page.
