Overview
What does a tubeless conversion include?
A tubeless setup removes the inner tube and lowers the risk of punctures. Below is every step of the conversion in detail.
01
Rim preparation
02
Tubeless tape
03
Tubeless valve
04
Tire and sealant
05
Tire pressure
06
Maintenance
01
Preparing the rim for a tubeless setup
The inside of the rim is thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Before the conversion, we check that your rims and tires are tubeless compatible.
Rim
Check compatibility
Rims must be Tubeless Ready (TR) and tires must be tubeless compatible. Otherwise, the tubeless conversion won't seal airtight.
02
Installing the tubeless tape
High-quality tubeless tape is applied precisely to the rim, covering the area around the spoke holes and ensuring an airtight seal.
Tape
03
Fitting the tubeless valve
The tubeless valve is installed, and then we check that it is airtight.
Valve
04
Tubeless tire installation and sealant
The tire is mounted with a compressor, so it seats on the rim right away and seals properly. Then we add the exact amount of sealant, as recommended by the manufacturer. The sealant instantly closes minor punctures.
Sealant
05
Pressure adjustment
After the conversion, tire pressure is adjusted. Tubeless lets you ride at lower pressure, which improves grip and comfort on the trail, and without an inner tube you also reduce rotating weight.
Pressure
06
Tubeless system maintenance
Sealant dries out over time, so we recommend checking and topping it up every 3 to 6 months. Larger punctures that the sealant can't close are fixed with tubeless tire plugs.
Maintenance
Sealant top-up
Because of changing temperatures, we recommend checking and topping up the sealant every 3 to 6 months, depending on how often you ride.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about tubeless conversion
How often should tubeless sealant be topped up?
Because of changing temperatures, we recommend checking and topping up the sealant every 3 to 6 months, depending on how often you ride.
Is my wheel compatible with a tubeless setup?
Most modern wheels are "Tubeless Ready" (TR). Before the conversion, we quickly check rim and tire compatibility.
What happens if the puncture is too big?
If the sealant can't close a puncture, such as a large cut, we use tubeless tire plugs. In the worst case, you can put a regular inner tube into a tubeless tire and keep riding.
How much does a tubeless conversion cost?
A tubeless conversion costs 30 KM per wheel. Tape, valves and sealant are charged separately, depending on the brand and quality you choose.
What are the benefits of a tubeless setup?
Sealant closes minor punctures, riding at lower pressure improves grip and comfort, and without an inner tube you reduce rotating weight.
Do I need to book an appointment?
We recommend it. You can book by phone (+387 66 902 418), Viber, WhatsApp or through the booking form.
Do you do tubeless conversion for all bikes?
We do tubeless conversion on MTB, gravel and road bikes, as long as the rims and tires are compatible. For specific models, contact us.
