We fix breakdowns on the spot: Jahorina, Romanija, East Sarajevo and surroundings. Send your location and we arrange the visit. Transport of the bike and rider is charged separately, by agreement.

Where is the workshop and when is it open?
The workshop is at Riste Anđića 20, Vojkovići, 71123 East Sarajevo (Istočna Ilidža). We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 19:00 and closed on Sundays.
Do you service electric bikes?
Yes. We use Bosch Diagnostic Tool 3 and Shimano E-Tube Professional for Bosch, Shimano STEPS and Di2 systems. Diagnostics cost 50 KM and include a detailed diagnostic report.
Do you come to my location (mobile service)?
Yes. We come to you in East Sarajevo and the surrounding area, including Jahorina and Romanija. The call-out costs 2 KM per kilometre on asphalt and 3 KM per kilometre on gravel roads, and urgent same-day mobile service costs 50 KM. Transport of the bike and rider is charged separately.
How often should I service my bike?
For recreational riders who ride on weekends, one full service at the start of the season is enough. If you ride actively all year round, we recommend a full service at least twice a year.
