Frequently asked questions
Are the bike service prices in the price list final?
Before any work, you get a diagnostic report and a price estimate. Work starts only after you confirm, and if the estimate changes, we let you know before continuing.
Which bikes do you service?
We service MTB, gravel, road and electric bikes, including Shimano STEPS, Bosch and Di2 systems.
What does e-bike diagnostics include?
Diagnostics for Shimano STEPS, Bosch e-bike and Di2 systems cost 50 KM and include a detailed diagnostic report.
How is mobile service charged?
Mechanic travel costs 2 KM per kilometer on paved roads and 3 KM per kilometer on gravel roads. Transport of the bike and rider is by arrangement, and urgent same-day mobile service costs 50 KM.
How is the hourly rate calculated?
Work not listed in the price list is charged at an hourly rate of 60 KM, with a minimum billing unit of 15 minutes (15 KM). The urgent service surcharge is 30–40 KM.
